FansChat is an AI-powered messaging assistant for OnlyFans and Fanvue creators. It learns your unique voice from your existing content and then handles fan DMs on your behalf — replying in a way that sounds exactly like you. You stay in control: you can review every message before it sends, or let the AI reply automatically. FansChat is designed to help you scale without burning out.

During onboarding, you connect your OnlyFans account and write a few sample responses in your own words. The AI analyses your tone, vocabulary, phrasing, and the topics you cover with fans. Over time it gets sharper as it sees how you interact. You can also update your voice profile any time from the Settings page.

FansChat is a tool to help you manage high message volume — not to deceive fans. Your Acceptable Use Agreement (reviewed during onboarding) requires that you do not actively claim the messages are written by you when asked directly by a fan. We recommend enabling Human Review mode if you want to approve every reply before it sends. You are responsible for your fan relationships and disclosures.

FansChat uses the official oFans API to interact with your account. We do not scrape, automate logins, or violate rate limits. That said, platform policies change — always review the current OnlyFans Terms of Service. FansChat is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by OnlyFans.

FansChat currently supports OnlyFans (via the oFans API) and Fanvue. We are actively evaluating Fansly and Patreon. When new platforms are added, they will be available under your existing subscription at no extra cost.

FansChat offers three plans billed monthly:

• Starter — for creators just getting started, limited monthly messages
• Pro — for active creators, higher message limits and priority AI
• Pro Max — unlimited messages, dedicated support, and early feature access

Yes. You can cancel your subscription any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started, but you will never be charged again after you cancel.

During onboarding (Step 1), you'll be prompted to enter your oFans API key. You can get this from the oFans developer portal after linking your OnlyFans account. FansChat never asks for your OnlyFans username or password — only the API key. Your key is stored encrypted and only used to fetch messages and send replies on your behalf.

After cancellation your data is retained for 30 days, giving you time to reconsider or export anything you need. After 30 days, your voice profile and message history are permanently deleted from our servers. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by Australian tax law. You can request immediate deletion by emailing support@fanschat.app.

FansChat tracks which fan messages led to a paid purchase (such as a PPV or tip) using the oFans API's transaction data. You can see your estimated AI-attributed revenue in the dashboard ROI widget. Attribution uses a 24-hour window — any purchase made within 24 hours of an AI reply is counted. This is an estimate only and should not be used for financial reporting.

Human Review mode lets you approve every AI-generated reply before it is sent to the fan. When enabled, replies are queued in your dashboard and you receive a notification. You can approve, edit, or discard each message. This mode is ideal if you want full control over what gets sent, or if you're still training the AI on your voice. You can toggle Human Review mode on or off at any time from Settings.
