1. Permitted Uses
You may use FansChat to:
- Automate responses to your subscribers on connected platforms.
- Train an AI persona based on your own communication style.
- Generate revenue recommendations and engagement strategies for your audience.
- Review, approve, and manage AI-generated messages before or after delivery.
2. Prohibited Uses
You must not use FansChat to:
- Minors: Generate, distribute, solicit, or promote any sexual or explicit content involving persons under 18 years of age. This is an absolute prohibition with zero tolerance — violation results in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.
- Harassment: Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or bully any individual.
- Illegal content: Create or distribute content that is illegal under any applicable law, including but not limited to defamation, copyright infringement, or material that incites violence or hatred.
- Deception: Impersonate any person or entity in a misleading or harmful way, or engage in fraud.
- Spam: Send unsolicited bulk messages, run bot farms, or use the Service to artificially inflate engagement metrics.
- Security abuse: Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent any security measure of the Service or any connected platform.
- Platform term violations: Breach the terms of service of any third-party platform you connect to FansChat (e.g. OnlyFans, Fanvue).
3. AI Guardrails
FansChat has built-in guardrails to prevent the AI from generating certain types of content, including content involving minors, extreme violence, and content that violates our policies. These guardrails cannot be disabled or circumvented.
If you attempt to configure your AI persona to produce prohibited content, the system will block the output and flag the attempt for review.
4. Consequences of Violations
Violation of this policy may result in, at our sole discretion:
- A warning and request to remove offending content or configurations.
- Temporary suspension of your account.
- Permanent account termination without refund.
- Referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where illegal activity is involved.
5. Reporting Violations
If you believe someone is using FansChat in violation of this policy, please report it to abuse@fanschat.app. We investigate all reports promptly.
