FansChat (“we”, “our”, “the Service”) is an AI-powered chat automation platform for content creators on platforms such as OnlyFans and Fanvue. The Service generates and sends automated responses to your subscribers on your behalf, using an AI trained on your communication style.
By accessing or using FansChat you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use FansChat. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account where we have reason to believe the user is under 18.
FansChat offers the following monthly subscription plans, billed in USD:
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD). Your local currency equivalent will be shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
All FansChat subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly) unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to the Service until that date.
All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods, unused features, or if you cancel mid-cycle. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@fanschat.app within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.

FansChat uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic Claude) to generate automated responses on your behalf. Messages sent by FansChat are AI-generated but reflect the communication style and persona you configure during onboarding.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving the AI's behaviour via Review Mode and for ensuring that automated messages comply with all applicable laws and platform policies. FansChat is a tool — you remain the creator and operator of your account.
Your voice profile and content: You own your voice profile, persona, and all content you upload to FansChat. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to use this data solely to operate and improve the Service for your account.
Deletion on cancellation: Upon cancellation of your subscription, your voice profile and associated training data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support@fanschat.app.
Our platform: FansChat, its software, trademarks, and all other intellectual property remain exclusively owned by FansChat and its licensors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FansChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
